I bought 3 sets of the combo baby & adult mineral Sunscreens as I love the idea that they don't have all those harmful Chemicals that kill our coral Reefs. Also is healthy for me and they smell favoulous!! However, upon arrival they were all a bit watery, I called them and they said that they had imrpoved their formula and that they would send me 3 entire set of the new formula for free!! Wow they were so nice and kind. I just got the new batch with the new formula and they are just perfect! Nice and thick, one smells like mango and the baby one like coconut. I love them both!! Thank you Yaya Organics!! Great customer service! awesome products.

I bought this instead of my regular mineral sunscreen because this is lighter. My face is bright red after 2 hours of exposure. I expected better. Back to Blue Lizard 30 SPF... I put it on once and am good all day.

YAYA's SPF 50 Sport mineral sunscreen is tested according to FDA standards to be waterproof up to 80 minutes (1 hour and 20 minutes). So if you were in water, or sweating in the hot sun, the product will need to re-applied after the 80-minute mark. Also, since this is a mineral-based sunscreen, it blocks the sun's rays by creating a physical barrier with the active ingredient (zinc oxide), which means that if the product is applied lightly (which is very common), there will not be enough of the active ingredient covering your skin to give you the true SPF 50 results you expect. This being said, we recommend applying the product thoroughly, to cover your skin with a generous amount. Essentially, a light application (of any mineral sunscreen regardless of brand) will give you light protection, and a generous application will give you strong protection. We hope this helps!
